"Maintainance: POOR. Could not fix the noisy A/C system, which enforce us to switch off during the night.
Housekeeping: POOR. Did not change bedding on the second day (in spite of the fact that the sheet was stained).
On my complain I was told that they DO NOT change sheets every day and I had to ask for."
